Orientation

We do our best to ensure all new team members have the best possible start in our business. We provide everyone with a comprehensive orientation within the first six weeks of employment.

On-the-job Induction - Preceptors

All new employees are assigned a buddy/preceptor for a few weeks while they learn the ropes. Buddies will ensure that new employees settle in well and work through the competencies of the new role at a manageable pace. Clinical employees undergo a comprehensive clinical orientation and development programme in conjunction with the Clinical Educators.

Welcome Buddies for those new to Auckland

Auckland is a busy and large city and sometimes it can be overwhelming to newcomers so we have designed a scheme we like to call the Welcome Buddy Scheme. This system assigns a buddy for new comers, someone who will give out there contact details and will be a friendly face to provide advice and assist you to assimilate into Auckland life.
